To swap on SyncSwap's swap interface, open the app at syncswap.xyz, connect your wallet, choose the network (zkSync Era, Linea or Scroll), select your input and output tokens and amount, review the price impact, minimum received and route, then confirm the swap in your wallet. Keep some of the network's gas token for the transaction.

- A self-custody wallet connected to a supported zk-rollup
- The token you want to swap, on that network
- Some of the network's gas token to pay the fee
What are the steps?
Swapping on SyncSwap takes three real steps:
- Connect your wallet and select the network
- Choose input and output tokens, enter the amount, and review price impact, minimum received and route
- Confirm the swap in your wallet and wait for it to settle
What are slippage and price impact?
Price impact is how much your own trade moves the pool price; slippage tolerance is the maximum price change you will accept before the swap reverts. For large trades or thin pools, check both carefully.
Why did a swap fail?
Common reasons are too little gas, slippage set too low for a moving market, or a missing token approval. Increase gas, widen slippage slightly, or approve the token, then retry.
How do you verify it worked?
Your wallet balance updates and the transaction appears on the network's block explorer. If a token does not show, add its contract to your wallet manually.
